These terms and conditions apply to the use of www.cariannemoore.com and the selling of our products to you subject to the conditions set out on this page. By using www.cariannemoore.com you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out below. Carianne Moore will do it’s best to keep the website as up to date as possible. However we cannot guarantee that items shown will still be available. Once Carianne Moore has received your order request it will be processed within 2 working days, subject to availability.

If items you have ordered are out of stock, we will endeavour to contact you through the email you provided when placing the order. If we cannot contact you, or receive no response to our email, we will continue to process the remaining items on your order.

We will not supply a substitute product without your express authority.


Payments can be made securely online using Paypal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners or Maestro Cards. Please note that we do not store customer’s credit card details within our website database. In order to take your payment we will transfer you to our Credit Card processing service provided by Stripe. Stripe is a quick and secure way to accept credit card and debit card payments online. You can learn more at www.stripe.com.


If you wish to cancel or modify your order. Please send an email as soon as possible to sales@cariannemoore.com. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, once an order has been processed for shipment we are unable to modify or cancel the order for any reason. In this case, please refer to our return policy and return you purchase once you have received it. 


Bespoke, pre-order or made to order goods are any goods specifically personalized, tailored and/or made to order to your specifications or request.

For Bespoke, pre-ordered & made to order Items delivery times can vary between 1-12 weeks from order date. Each approximate delivery date is specified for each individual  item purchased. 

If the customer’s order cannot be delivered within the time frame specified at the time the order is placed, Carianne Moore will notify the customer and try to rectify the situation as quickly as possible. All new orders are deemed separate and each is treated individually. 

Orders for bespoke, pre-order or made to order goods cannot be cancelled or changed (once work has started on them).

Bespoke, pre-order or made to order goods which are delivered as described and are in good condition may not be refunded or exchanged. We reserve the right to charge for re-posting of bespoke, pre-order or made to order goods returned in error.

We are not responsible for customer generated mistakes, errors or defects including spelling, typographical or grammar errors, or other ordering errors. To prevent these errors from happening, please review your order carefully before submitting.

Faulty goods will be rectified free of charge. Any problems with any part of a bespoke order, pre-order or made to order must be reported to us within 7 days of receipt. Please e-mail sales@cariannemoore.com who will contact you in regards to the fault and how to return the goods.


The prices on the page is including Uk VAT. For products supplied to clients within the European Community and the UK, a VAT rate of 20% is applied. Clients based in countries outside the European Community will not be charged VAT. 

Please note that the if you buy our products from some countries, your purchase may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the goods reach the country of destination. Any such charges levied in relation to customs clearance must be borne by the customer. It is accepted by the customer that Carianne Moore has no control over additional charges in relation to customs clearance. Carianne Moore recommends that the customer checks with their local customs officials or post office for more information regarding importation taxes/duties that may be applicable to their online order.


To use some of the services or features made available to you on this website, you will need to register. When you register, you are required to provide information about yourself that is true, accurate, current and complete in all respects.


In order to make purchases through the website, you will be requested to register and provide your personal details. Customers must provide their real name, phone number, e-mail address and other requested information as indicated. Furthermore, when ordering items, you will be required to provide your payment details, and you represent and warrant that the payment details you provide on ordering are both valid and correct. 


A Store Credit must be redeemed at our site by following the steps outlined.

A Store Credit cannot be redeemed for cash. 

A Store Credit, including any portion thereof, can only be redeemed within 6 months of its date of issue, after which it expires.

A Store Credit can only be used by the holder of the Store Credit, being the person whose account is credited with that Store Credit. The holder of a Store Credit cannot transfer or assign the Store Credit, or his or her rights under it.

A Store Credit cannot be applied to an order which has already been placed with us. If the goods which you order from us with a Store Credit cost more than the face value of the Store Credit, the Holder must pay the balance.

If the goods which the Holder orders from us with a Store Credit cost less than the face value price of the Store Credit, we will create an account for the Holder and we will credit her/his account with a Store Credit for the balance. The Store Credit will be dated as of the date of the Store Credit.

Please be aware that you will be required to pay any difference in cost and any additional shipping, taxes and import duties on your new goods ordered.

The following terms relating to the return of goods ordered with a Store Credit do not affect the Holder's statutory rights.

If the Holder is not happy with the goods which the Holder has ordered from us with a Store Credit, she/he may return her/his order at any time during the 7 days from the day after she/he receives the goods. Her/his right to return goods ordered with a Store Credit is subject to her/him complying with her/his obligations under our Returns policy. 

If the Holder returns goods ordered with a Store Credit we will exchange those goods for other goods or provide the Holder with a Store Credit.

All successfully returned items will be credited to the account used to originally purchase the items. The original shipping charges will not be refunded.


No exchange/refund will be accepted for goods purchased on sales items. This policy does not affect your UK Statutory Rights.
